How to chat with SAP to get Real-Time Support from SAP


You can chat with SAP directly from Service Market Place or from SAP One support Launchpad.

  1. Go to SAP One Support Launchpad 
  2. You will see below screen.



3. Search for your problem from “Knowledge Base ” Filed.



4.You will see below screen after you Hit search button



5. Click on “CONTACT SAP SUPPORT” on right below corner of the screen.


6. You will see below screen.



7. Select your system. For example ‘DEV’.



8. On the above screen you have to provide Language, Priority, Subject, Description and Component.  Like below



9.  The moment you select Proper component which has chat facility.

You will see “START Expert Chat” option on below right side corner.



10. Click on above button.

11. It will Open new window (make sure pop-up blocker disabled).



12. You will see below screen once expert is online.chat12

13. You can continue chat with SAP from here.
